Insurance and Fraud Investigations We carry out surveillance assignments in cases where personal injury or sickness is involved and undertake personal interviews in relation to claims. We have in the past acted for those representing the claimants as well as the insurance companies. Our detectives and senior investigators are well versed in all forms of RTA investigations and always undertake investigations in a discreet and efficient manner using only the most professional methods. In relation to RTAs we will obtain witness statements and prepare locus reports i.e. prepare a plan and album of photographs. As well as investigate contrived accidents and vehicle thefts as a general guideline our fees range between £30 and £50 per hour according to the degree of expertise required. Mileage charges are between 40p and 60p per mile. The majority of these services are offered throughout the UK, Ireland and indeed across the world should it be required. The services provided include the tracing of third parties in RTA accidents and following up on the obtaining of insurance details or, where necessary, providing a status report in order that the success of proposed legal action may be assessed. Our Fee Structure for the Tracing of 3rd Parties is based on the 'no Success, no Fee' premise. At the same time we can provide very comprehensive status reports, which will assist you in deciding whether it is worth proceeding with a claim. These will also often provide information such as property ownership and employment details and should your claim be successful, it will give you an indication of where any assets may lie and how to proceed. These reports vary in depth although more in depth reports can be provided on a pre-arranged budget. << back -- |
